Tom graduated with his Undergraduate Degree from Purdue University and his Master of Science Degree from West Virginia University. He then received his Physical Therapy Degree from Northwestern University. He has been an instructor in several sports medicine programs and continuing education settings. He has been continuously practicing since 1979 in orthopedic and sports medicine clinics.
Tom specializes in joint rehab following surgery or sports injuries. His achievements include APTA delegate 11 years, President NMAPTA, President NM Licensing Board, President Desert States PT Network, President Santa Fe Ski Team, Board Member NM Child Abuse Prevention.
Tom is involved with St Michael’s High School, in Santa Fe, teaching a beginning sports medicine class and providing athletic training services. He is an active squash player and golfer. Tom was one of the founding therapists of NMSFPT in October of 1980 and became its owner in 1988.
Lyn is a Licensed Physical Therapist at NMSFPT and has been practicing Physical Therapy since 1978. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Purdue University and her Master of Health Science Degree from the University of Indianapolis. She completed her physical therapy education from Northwestern University.
Lyn specializes in osteopathic manual therapy by utilizing a broad spectrum of manual skills. She enjoys working with a variety of patients in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Lyn is the proud mother of 2 wonderful daughters. Her hobbies include equestrian combined events and hunting.
Lyn has been in Santa Fe providing Private Practice Physical Therapy services since 1981.
Harry is a Physical Therapist at NMSFPT and has been practicing Physical Therapy since 1978. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of South Carolina in 1975, and a second Bachelor of Science Degree Cum Laude with a Certificate to Practice Physical Therapy from Texas Women’s University. Harry specializes in the treatment of upper quadrant burns, open wound care, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, balance and vestibular training.
Harry served in the United States Air Force as a Para Rescuer between 1965 through 1970.
Harry has been in Santa Fe providing Private Practice Physical Therapy services since 1980.
Anne has been an Occupational Therapist since 1989 after graduating from College Misericordia, with a Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT). She has been recognized by The Hand Therapy Certification Commission as a Certified Hand Therapist
(CHT) since 1998. Her career has taken her many places from our nation’s capitol to the bright lights of Las Vegas, NV. Her experience includes serving as a faculty member to instruct OT courses at the college level. She also works with Capitol High School’s Mentorship Program and with students in the Masters Degree OT Program at the University of New Mexico.
Anne comes to us with an extensive 20 plus years of experience in treating the upper extremity specializing in elbows, forearms, wrists, hands & fingers in addition to being highly accomplished in fabricating customized thermoplastic upper extremity splints/orthoses. By maintaining rigorous certifications and licensure at both the state and national levels, she stays up to date on the latest therapeutic interventions, technology and evidenced based practice. In treating her patients she employs both traditional and cutting edge mediums.
Anne & her family have been coming to Santa Fe for years on vacation and jumped at the chance to live here permanently. In her spare time she enjoys Santa Fe’s fine arts, fly-fishing, gardening, hiking and watching the NFL network.
Anne has been with New Mexico Sports Fitness & Physical Therapy since 2008.
Myriah Koledin was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM. Myriah attended Adams State College in Colorado and graduated with a degree in Psychology and minor in Exercise Physiology. She then went on to receive a Masters Degree in Child Development at
the University of Maryland with an emphasis on research. Desiring a more person-centered and hands-on approach to working with individuals, Myriah subsequently obtained her Masters of Occupational Therapy degree rom the University of New Mexico. Myriah currently specializes in evaluation, intervention and treatment of the hand and upper extremity. Clinical interests and specialties include orthopedic manual therapy, myofascial and trigger point release, and custom orthotic fabrication. Myriah is committed to providing quality, individualized, holistic treatments, and interventions to her clients rooted in evidence based practice. She is an active member of A.S.H.T. (American Society of Hand Therapists) and has been with New Mexico Sports, Fitness, and Physical Therapy since 2010.
Born and raised outside the City of Brotherly Love of Irish-Italian descent, Paul is an energetic and outgoing personality that has been with NMSFPT since 1998, first as a Physical Therapist Assistant and now as Sr. Physical Therapist and Clinical Director. He brings a vibrant presence and
over 20 years of acute care and orthopedic rehab experience to his patient care. He is very proud to be a part of the dynamic and caring team here at NMSFPT. He has extensive experience in working with total hip or knee replacements, amputees, and post operative shoulders. He is deeply committed to ensuring the best possible experience and most optimal environment for healing to our patients.
In addition, he is an active player in the Santa Fe Men's Ice Hockey City League. He is an avid sports enthusiast, as well as a self-admitted closet comic-book movie geek. He enjoys exercising, golfing, and outdoor activities in his spare time. In addition, he enjoys the company of friends over some wine or just post game beers with his hockey buddies. He loves to cook Italian and makes great family recipe meatballs!!
Paul is most proud of his beautiful and vibrant teenage daughter Sophia, who often helps him in the kitchen!

Jaycob was born and raised in Southern Minnesota. He attended the University of Minnesota Minneapolis, for his Undergraduate Degree in Kinesiology and for his Doctorate Degree of Physical Therapy in 2011. He moved to Santa Fe from Minnesota in the
summer of 2011. He enjoys treating a variety of types of patients with different backgrounds. Seeing people be able to return to the activities that they love is what drove him to pursue this profession.
He loves to be active and outdoors. His favorite hobbies are snowboarding, golfing, hiking, yoga and playing with his puppy. He is also a big fan of college basketball and a die-hard Minnesota Gophers basketball fan.
Jaycob has been with New Mexico Sports Fitness and Physical Therapy since 2011.
